- Completion of the registration form indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Bonus Card.
- Iceland Foods Ltd. will use your details to contact you via post, email or SMS to send you offers and keep you up to date with promotions and information about Iceland’s products and the Bonus Card.
- Cardholders who wish to hold a Bonus Card purely for Home Delivery purposes can write to: Bonus Card Opt Out, Iceland Foods Ltd., Second Avenue, Deeside Industrial Park, Deeside, Flintshire, CH5 2NW and request that they are removed from all future mailings.
- Iceland Foods Ltd. will not share your personal details with third parties.
- The Iceland Bonus Card is issued by and remains the property of Iceland Foods Ltd. Iceland Foods Ltd. reserves the right to decline issue or withdraw the card at any time without notice.
- Iceland reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme at any time without notice. Full Terms and Conditions are available at www.iceland.co.uk, or by calling the Helpline on 01244 842842, calls charged at national rate (Mon-Fri 8am-7pm, Sat 8am-6pm and Sun 10am-4pm).
- Holders of the Iceland Bonus Card must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over. Changes of address must be notified to us.
- Employees of Iceland Foods Ltd., its associated companies, their respective families or households and agents can use an Iceland Bonus Card purely for Home Delivery purposes only. Employees will not be eligible to take part in any in-store Events or Competitions.
- The Iceland Bonus Card is not transferable and can only be used by the person whose signature is on the card.
- The Iceland Bonus Card is not a cheque guarantee, debit or credit card.
- Iceland reserves the right to take any appropriate action deemed necessary where it is found the Card Holder has used the card in breach of these conditions or has abused the scheme.
- To qualify for Card Holder exclusive offers, your card must be presented at the checkout before your shopping is scanned. Purchases cannot be added to your card at a later time or date.
- Each Card Holder exclusive offer will have specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of promotion. These will also be available at www.iceland.co.uk.
- Iceland is not responsible for Card Holder exclusive offers from third party suppliers. These are, of course, offered according to that supplier's terms and conditions.
- The details from the application form, plus details on how you use your Bonus Card and what you buy in our stores, will be used to;

- Understand our customers' shopping habits to improve our service.
- Unless you tell us otherwise, we will contact you with offers and information about products and services which may be of interest to you and your family.

- Iceland does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. If a card is lost, stolen or damaged, simply pick up a new registration form in-store and complete it and hand it to a member of staff. Your new Bonus Card can then be linked to your previous card number.
- Iceland accepts no responsibility for any computer or equipment failure resulting in lost transactions from any Bonus Card account.

Home Delivery Terms and Conditions
- Free Home Delivery only applies when you spend £25 or more (on food and drink) during one visit to a participating Iceland store. The radius for participating stores is 10 miles except within the M25 perimeter where a 3 mile radius will apply. Details of participating stores can be obtained by telephoning the Helpline on 01244 842842, calls charged at national rate (Mon-Fri 8am-7pm, Sat 8am-6pm and Sun 10am-4pm) or visit our website at www.iceland.co.uk.
- Home Delivery is subject to availability.
- Iceland reserves the right to withdraw the free Home Delivery service or the Bonus Card at any time.
- Iceland reserves the right to vary the minimum spend and maximum travel distance required to qualify for free Home Delivery.
- Free Home Delivery only applies to food and drink purchased at Iceland. It does not include electrical appliances.
- The customer, or another person nominated by the customer who is over 18 years of age, must sign for any goods that Iceland deliver. Under no circumstances will goods be left unattended, for example, in a customer's garage, or with anybody who appears to be under 18 years of age. Proof of identity may be requested upon delivery. Signature upon receipt of the goods will be proof of delivery.
- Iceland reserves the right to withhold the delivery of alcoholic drinks to persons who are or may appear to be under the age of 18 or under the influence of alcohol.
- Iceland cannot guarantee a time for delivery and will not be liable if the Card Holder fails to notify a change of address to an Iceland store.
- Faulty, damaged or missing goods must be notified to the store within 24 hours of delivery.
- Iceland may decline to offer free Home Delivery in the event of temporary failure of electrical equipment, mechanical breakdown, industrial action or other reasons beyond Iceland's control.
- Iceland Home Delivery is operated by Iceland Foods Ltd., registered office; Second Avenue, Deeside Industrial Park, Deeside, Flintshire, CH5 2NW.
£5,000 Monthly Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- The monthly prize consists of 50 x £100 worth of Iceland vouchers, no cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.
- The monthly prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of Iceland Foods Ltd., their respective families and any agencies or anyone connected with this competition.
- The prize draw will be made on the 18th of every month and will be drawn monthly thereafter unless otherwise stated and will include all eligible entries.
- Each month, 50 winners will be selected at random by an independent person. Each of the 50 winning customers will be sent £100 in Iceland vouchers.
- The monthly winners will be notified by telephone or mail within 15 workings days of the draw.
- The prize will be delivered by way of Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
- The prize winners’ names and counties will be made available on the Iceland website within two weeks of each monthly prize draw.
- The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
- The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or these rules at any time without prior notice.
- Every transaction made using a valid Bonus Card will obtain a single entry into the respective monthly prize draw.
- Northern Ireland stores only - no purchase necessary. Trolley Dash Terms and Conditions

Open to Bonus Card holders only. Non-Bonus Card holders can obtain a Bonus Card registration form in-store. The prize consists of a 2 minute trolley dash around an Iceland store.

There is one trolley dash to be won in every Iceland store. In total there are 662 trolley dashes.

No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.

Northern Ireland customers only – no purchase necessary. To enter this promotion without making a purchase, please send a stamped envelope or postcard to Iceland Foods Ltd., NPN Trolley Dash Entry, Second Avenue, Deeside Industrial Park, Deeside, Flintshire, CH5 2NW. Only one entry per stamped envelope per day. No bulk or third party applications will be accepted. No responsibility will be taken for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.

Entry into this promotion will run from 6th October to31st October 2008 inclusive; every transaction made with a valid Bonus Card will be entered into the draw.

The winner of each trolley dash will be randomly selected by an independent person on the 11th November 2008.

The winners will be notified by telephone or mail within 5 workings days of the draw.

The trolley dashes will be held on 22nd November 2008. Any exceptions will take place between 24th – 30th November 2008.

The prize winners’ names and counties will be made available on the Iceland website within three weeks of the prize draw.

The competition winners will be able to take advantage of the Iceland Home Delivery Service. Subject to availability. The shopping will be delivered within 24 hours of the Trolley Dash. The normal Home Delivery terms and conditions apply, see in-store for further details.

Iceland cannot store or hold products from completed trolley dashes for competition winners.

The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
